SIS is an Electronic Service Tools that dealers, customers, and employees can find parts and service information, include the schematic diagrams (without Flash Files). SIS covers information for all products since 1977. Information in SIS is equivalent to more than 25.000 books, with over 2 million graphics and over 1.5 million part numbers. SIS contains over 44.000 parts catalogs and service documents.
SIS is available on local (LAN) with network SIS, Online (SIS Web) or on DVD (Offline).
#CAT SIS Installation:
1). Download tools such as UltraISO, PowerISO, Daemon Tools, etc to running the “Setup.exe”.
2). Extract “CAT SIS 2022 New certificate.rar” file, you’ll get Image.iso. Right click on “Image.iso”, then mount to CD Drive.
3). Open CD Drive, run “Setup.exe”, and wait the installation until finished.
4). Open “CAT SIS 2022” folder, there are files “DVDD0001-DVDD0026,” and “RERD0010-RERD0014”. You need to install “RERD0010-RERD0014” only.
5). With same steps, right click on “RERD0010” first, and mount to CD Drive. Then open CD Drive, run “Setup.exe”, and wait the installation until finished.
6). Next, right click on “RERD0011”, “RERD0012”, “RERD0013”, and “RERD0015”.
7). Open “Crack” folder, copy and replace both files: “sis.exe” and “sis_libFNP.dll” to installed directory: Local Disk (C:)\Program Files (or Program Files x86)\Caterpillar\SIS\bin
8). Right click on shortcut “SIS” on desktop – Properties – Compatibility – Privilege level – check on “Run this program as an Administrator”, and click “OK”.
#CBT Installation:
1). Extract “CBT.rar” file, run “Setup.exe”, and wait the installation until finished.
2). On desktop, there are 2 shortcut for CBT: “CBT DVD-Network” and “CBT Web”, use the “CBT DVD-Network”.
#CAT SIS Login:
1). Open “SIS” through shortcut on desktop. SIS messages: License is about to expire in 0 days, click “No”. It will automatically connect to “SIS User Login”, please set “Windows Internet Explorer” as your default browser.
2). Click on “Import SIS Users” button – Browse on “Crack” folder, then “User” folder (find “XML Document”). Click “Load” button.
3). Check on “Select Users” that loaded before, and click on “Import” button.
4). Click “Login” button, input “User Login” (from “Crack” – “User” folder – USER ID), and click “Login” button.
5). After login, click on “View License Agreement”, Select the “Caterpillar Authorized Dealer”, scroll to bottom, then click “Yes”.
#SIS Graphics Installation:
1). SIS Main Menu: look at “Highlights” menu, and click on “Downloads”.
2). SIS Graphics Downloads, please download and install three graphics plugins: DjVu Installation, IsoView Installation, and CreoView Installation.
3). After finished, back to SIS Main Menu. Input Serial Number or Prefix (for example: Z2C00351), try to search “Systems and Components” or “Documentation” (Browse by).
4). SIS Messages: Please Insert the DVD (as example below: DVDD0001). Go to “SIS 2022” folder, find “DVDD0001.iso”, right click on it, then mount to CD Drive. Once done, click “OK”.
5). Done, and Enjoy the CAT SIS 2022!
#Settings SIS + CBT on CAT ET Software:
1). Open CAT ET Software: Utilities – Preferences – Modify…
2). Open both “CBT” and “SIS” menu. Settings: CBT Data Source (to DVD), and SIS Data Source (to DVD), then click “OK”.
3). Using CAT ET Trainer, try to check the “Troubleshoot Code/ Troubleshoot Symptom”.
4). Open the “Active Event Codes”, click on Code (111-15), then click on “Troubleshoot Code” or “Troubleshoot Symptom”.
5). CBT Messages: DVD not found (Please Insert the SIS DVD), for example: DVDD0003. Go to “SIS 2022” folder, find “DVDD0003.iso”, right click on it, then mount to CD Drive. Once done, click “OK”.
6). It will automatically displays the CBT documents based on the Code (Codes + Engine).
